When will my order ship?
Orders will usually be dispatched within three business days (72 business hours). Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods like Christmas. You then must allow for up to 10 days with standard delivery by Australia Post. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Australian EST) and not on weekends or public holidays.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number from Australia post when your item is dispatched. Use this tracking number to track your item on here on the: Australian Post website. We supply Australia Post with your e-mail address so that 'tracking advice' emails can be sent to track your parcel. You will get an email update when your parcel is scanned by Australia Post as 'arriving at a dispatch center' and then as 'delivered' or being 'available for collection'. This process normally involves no more than three emails. Your email address is not collected, remembered, or distributed by Australia Post or any other third party. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received any tracking information.
Do you ship outside of Australia?

WHAT ELITE DIARY REFILL DO I NEED?
Our Elite diaries are refillable from year to year, but sometimes it may be difficult to know what size refill you need. If you are unsure count the rings in your Elite diary and use the below table to find the coordinating refill.

Our Dayplanners and Organisers come with a number of refills and inserts you can use to customise them to your needs. Sometimes it can be difficult to know what size refill you need - check the measurements of your dayplanner and the number of rings in the table below to identify the dated (diary refills) and other refills available for your Dayplanner.
